Thomas Bindzau is an experienced Agile Coach and a senior SW developer who combines technical skills with a deep knowledge in agile methods and coaching. He has a very pragmatic approach to problem solving, and always looks for answers to "why do we need to do this?" and "how can we make it simpler?".
Thomas has experience from a wide variety of companies and projects, from startups to global enterprises. But no matter the size of the project, his heart is primarily with the team.
Apart from all aspects of software development, his favorite hobbies are sailing and scouting with friends and family.
