Recent Professional achievements include:

• Scrum master for Medical care management(MCM) agile release train. Involved in new application development from requirement analysis to delivery. Hands on technical aspects of software delivery and well aversed with modern DEVOPS way of integration and deployment. Earned kudos from business as well as IT management for guiding product development keeping product management, scrum team, architecture and business and keeping all groups is sync and inline with the implementation.
• Scrum master for two scrum teams (offshore/onsite model) at IPC systems reporting to Head of IT. Helped shift delivery from waterfall to Agile SAFE 4.0 framework. Setup program lifecycle in Ration Team Concert (RTC) tool.
• Implemented migration of organization repository from onpremise SharePoint to SharePoint Online on Office 365 at enterprise level.
• Oracle ERP integration for newly merged/acquired entities of IPC systems.
• Delivered a .NET based order management system for Comcast  in 2016 with offshore and onsite model. Team size  of 24+ geographically scattered in 3 different timezones. Rally was used as lifecycle management tool. Product was a huge success for Comcast and help promote their new low cost internet product to a large customer base.
• Integrated Telecom Business suite products OSS, BSS, CRM using Tibco as middleware while working for Telecom Giant Ericsson. Product was a huge success and product was showcased at Mobile World Congress in Barcelona in Mar 2015.
• Change manager for enterprise level restructuring program for Ericsson. Transitioned 200 + job positions from market units to to the Global Services centers.
• Setup connectivity using MPLS and Managed Services Delivery Platform(MSDP) between Ericsson Client DU DUBAI Telecom and Ericsson , Gurgaon, India as part of offshore center setup.
