About
As a member of the Wikimedia Foundation's Team Practices Group, I help engineering teams at the Foundation continuously learn and improve. I am currently the Scrummaster for the mobile web [1] and app [2] engineering teams. I love my job because we get to have fun, experiment, and learn together while making awesome products. I also have been involved in developing and piloting an organization-wide team health check [3], meant to develop a baseline for team health to be used by teams as a learning tool.
I am motivated by a desire to make work a more meaningful, respectful, and inspiring part of all of our lives. I am working on the transition from Scrummaster to Agile Coach (shu -> ha) and loving every minute of it.
