I started my Agile journey back in 2001 with XP. Over the years I have focused myself and the teams I have lead to the agile principles, values, as well as all the connected techniques. I have a real passion for agile methodologies. I have seen how they change people, products, and projects for the better when people understand the 'how' and the 'why' of the agile approach. I also have over 18 years of experience in all aspects of software delivery:software design and engineering, architecture, products ownership, and leadership.
