Tim Howes

Tim Howes is passionate about inspiring teams, organizations and clients to produce their best work by adopting an agile mindset and creating an environment of constant learning.

Tim has 20 years of experience in the Web and Software Development industry as a Multimedia Developer, UX Designer, Project Manager, Creative Director, Sales Manager, Business Development Director and Business Owner. He has spent the majority of his career as a creative leader, providing vision and designing experiences that drive loyalty and preference for brands by understanding and connecting with their audiences. 

In 2011, Tim co-founded a digital agency (The Scylla Group), which specializes in helping global brands and large brand manufacturers through their digital transformation by providing solutions for managing and selling products online. From content management websites to product catalogs, interactive product configurators to digital marketing campaigns and mobile applications, he has had the opportunity to empower corporate marketing departments and generate millions of dollars in sales for my clients. 

In 2016, Tim acquired his Scrum Master Certification and introduced the Scrum Framework into his organization. He coached and mentored 2 development teams and worked closely with Product Owners to define their Agile Project Management process in JIRA. Since then we were working more efficiently, collaboratively and effectively, providing clients greater value and delivering award winning products.
