James Carpenter
About
I am a senior agile coach with years of hands-on leadership experience in large scale agile environments. This includes experience coordinating changes across a dozen feature and component teams with bi-weekly production releases in systems with very demanding uptime, throughput, latency and quality demands. Consequently, I am able to provide an exceptional depth of coaching expertise at both a process and technical level.
I believe my experience as a presenter, trainer, agile coach, scrum master, and manager speaks to my understanding of agile process. Similarly my years of experience building complex enterprise level systems with demanding uptime, throughput, latency and quality demands speaks to my understanding of software craftsmanship.
