I found my niche in Product Innovation and Management after being a business analyst and working with operational teams, workflows and processes. I'm a people person and really wanted to help out the people around me by improving the products and applications they used on a day to bay basis.
I've been lucky enough to work on large products useds by thousands of people which has lead to all sorts of product interactions, discussions and the want to always do more.
