My name is Brian Bohall.  I use different aspect of Scrum and Product Management to deliver data quality improvements.

I am a client focused, advising business and technology teams on how to embrace opportunity from change.  Expertise building and executing strategic roadmaps across Client OnBoarding, Data Initiatives, Documents, and Securities Processing.  Whole system thinker coordinating multi-year transformational programs.  Strong change management knowledge with extensive release management and execution discipline.  

Data tells a story.  It leads the way to asking the right questions.  It highlights relationships across individuals, organizations and processes.  With poor data those relationships may be dimmed or obfuscated.  The goal:  get to the right questions that bring those data relationships to life.  The answers revealed are the input to creating business value.

•    Improved stability and performance.  Led data center migration for Documents and Notifications programs affecting branches and operations.  Adopted new technology stack.  

•    Delivered flexible large-scale firm-wide document scanning platform to source and archive document images, manage workflow automation and metadata collection.  

•    30% reduction in customer facing New Account and Maintenance mailings.  Enriched client experience through improved data quality. 

•    Implemented strategic web services and applications critical to joint venture integration, conversion and business improvement projects.
