Having a proven track record in engineering, information technology, customer service and contact center environments, I am well-versed directing multi-location teams in multi-cultural settings. Throughout my career, I have been recognized for excellence within Business Analyst PM and Technical & Operational PM roles, where I can impact the customer experience while maintaining a sharp focus on journey mapping to determine what customers expect of their individual experience. Because management’s vision about the customer experience can differ from the developers’ understanding, I strive to build those business requirements and obtain buy-in from leadership on down to the working group. That way, everyone's on the same page regarding development and implementation. The added value I bring to the table is that I am known for bringing order to chaos.
