Bruce Maxwell I've lived and breathed IT and project management for the past twenty-three years; answering phones at a helpdesk, transitioning to desktop and then server engineering; Wintel systems architect (MCSE); CTO for an IT technical services consultancy; Director of IT, running server, network, dev/QA and helpdesk; traditional project management for various consulting clients and as a full-time employee (PMP); five years as a scrum master. I've been in verticals such as P&C insurance, healthcare and financial services. Having been on all sides of the Plan/Build/Run triangle, I know how the pieces go together.
