About
Stefan Büche started as a Developer and Project Manager in a classical environment, thus experiencing first hand all the problems and shortcomings this approach brings with it. He felt that there must be a better way to create software. After hearing about this method called Scrum, he immediately decided to give it a try and has never regretted it. Since then, he's always tried to incorporate the agile principles in his everyday work. He is so convinced that the Agile way makes working so much more humane while at the same time yielding better results, that he decided in 2014 that he wants to help organizations full time to make the transition to a modern work place.
