Born in Kent, raised in Beckenham and now based in Scotland, he has dedicated his life to solving human problems and exploring how technology can elevate human experience. Recognised globally as a Top 100 Thought Leader since 2021 and currently ranked #1 for Agile and the Future of Work by Thinkers360, he has long championed education as a pathway to personal and financial freedom.
He co‑created and operated the world’s largest free Agile festival in 2021 (800+ events) as Trustee and CTO of Agile20Reflect, later establishing Access Agile.
He is co‑founder of the Agile World ecosystem with Sabrina C E Noto a nonprofit media, education and research network spanning Agile World News, Agile World Institute and Agile World Media.
A lifelong learner across design, engineering, science and the humanities, he is known for launching and optimising business capabilities worldwide. A prolific writer despite dyslexia, his widely syndicated blog has contributed to his recognition as a Fellow of the British Computer Society (FBCS).
