Having worked for more years than I care to remember in verious guises of Process Improvement and smoother delivery of quality products. I have found the most productive is an effective Scrum implementation. Where a fairly fluid view of the end product is visiable but it is known and excepted to change over the development time.  And the deliveribles are rounded and refactored as required to give value as soon as possible and allow the product to evolve through Perception( experience) rather then Pre-conception( I think). 

I have a strong background in Requirement analysis, Validation &  Verification and the full development lifecycle. This backed by excellent interpersonal and motivational skill allow me to be an effective and efficent leader from any angle but primarily from behind the the team in a supporting role.
