As a producer, project manager, delivery and operations leader, I have over 20 years of experience leading product management, strategy, design and engineering teams and organizations in the development of digital solutions across a wide range of industries. I have designed and lead a variety of Agile programs throughout my career to produce products and campaigns for both the enterprise and consumer audiences. By consulting with clients, coaching teams and managing departments, I have been responsible for guiding others in their journey to devise unique approaches that challenge conventional processes and ultimately improve outcomes.
