Corinna Bolender

Corinna Bolender is a results oriented senior manager/consultant with more than 15 years of diversified experience that enjoys taking on strategic, challenging projects. She has managed a diverse portfolio of projects over her career that required the application of different management methodologies and best practices throughout the project lifecycle. This included ensuring projects comply with federally applied standards and security requirements. Her specialties include business process improvement, development and implementation of PMO practices, and large scale database and CRM/ERP implementations/migrations. Having a strong background in technology including databases, cloud computing and BI allows her to understand all elements of a project and increase the project’s success rate. Her exposure to companies of different sizes and industries enables her to adapt to new environments by aligning and providing effective communication and interaction with executives and stakeholders of all levels.
