Extensive experience as Scrum Master and Agile Coach, helping and coaching multiple cross functional scrum teams across the globe. Along with practical experience in Agile, acquired certification to showcase my expertise in SCRUM and Agile, like - CSM (Certified Scrum Professional), CSP (Certified Scrum Professional), PMI PMP (Project Management Professional), and PMI ACP (Agile Certified Professional). I have also done technical certifications - SCJP 1.5 (Sun Certified Java Developer), SCBCD 3.0 (Sun Certified Business Component Developer) and SCWCD 5.0 (Sun Certified Web Component Developer). For last 6 years, working as Agile transformation coach, helping enterprises in transforming from traditional waterfall methodology to Agile. 6 years of coaching and mentoring team level and program level resources to adapt the agile frameworks. Experience in mentoring business partners in creating the product backlog using multiple agile tools like- JIRA, Rally, TFS, etc. Academically, I have my Master's in Management Information System from University of Illinois with majors in Business Intelligence / Healthcare Data Analytics. I did my under-graduation in Computer Science Engineering from RGPV University Bhopal, India.
