About

Title: Agile Coach

I graduated as a System Engineer, and early on in my career I started working across different IT environments. I held several roles like programmer, analyst, software designer and Project Manager.

Everything changed when I came across with Agile Methodologies. First as a developer, later on as a Scrum Master, to eventually explore the Product Owner role. My journey continues as easing the introduction of agile methodologies and mind-set across different groups.

My eagerness to keep learning took me to a different path; pushing me to get Masters Degree in Business Administratio at EOI (Escuela Organizacion Industrial) focused on entrepreneurship.

What I'm doing today matches with the profile of an Agile Coach. That's what I enjoy the most doing nowadays. Seeing teams getting better in adopting this new way of thinking, uniting Business, UX, Testing, and Development to collaborate creating products / services that customers and users love.

I consider myself an innovator, non-confirming person, and a change generator that is willing to work with amazing people who want to challenge the status-quo to create amazing things and to keep improving.

I'm passionate about Agile, Entrepreneurship, Intrapreneurship, Lean Startup, Design Thinking, Leadership and every single approach that lets us to put the person at the center of the scene.

My favourite quote is:
"If something is important enough, even if the odds are against you, you should still do it.” - Elon Musk
