Hi there!!

I am working in one of the top IT companies in India as a team lead for a small team of 5. I completed the CSM training in the year 2016 and have been working in an agile team since then, initially as a BA for around 4 years before i took over the role of a functional lead for the automation team. I have been able to implement the agile working model in the team and use the scrum board to manage daily work.

Being a CSM gave me the platform to open up to the agile way of working, motivating the team, incorporating the servant leader role and to deliver value to the customer after every sprint. It helps me plan and organize my pipeline and helps me manage the team the best way I can.
