I have an extensive QA background, and am skilled in identifying impediments while having the soft skills it takes to get a team to work together to complete a product or feature and release it. Over the last 9 years I have been involved in SCRUM either as a team member or more recently for the last two years as a Scrum Master at Translational Software. My innate communication skills, comfort in asking the tough questions and ability to relate and gain the trust of my colleagues distilled me into this role. In my experience teams that have comfort in communication at all levels of the organization and especially within the Scrum Team really end up succeeding at their objectives.
