Gonzalo Barco

I am a programmer with 15+ years of experience. In the recent past I have been technical assistant to IT entrepreneurs and ultimately pursued my own goals as independent entrepreneur for new technologies. I have been certified as bilingual speaker, native Spanish and proficiency level English by the University of Michigan (CPE, CEFR level C2). My passions are massively distributed systems, sustainable marketing, mobile development, product and user experience design. I officially began working as a member of society as of 1998. Since then my experiance has been on media planning for Heres Uruguay S.A., Publibus S.A. and CBS Outdoor Uruguay S.A., software development and deployment of OLAP software for the media industry on multi-language environments, server administration on mixed Linux/Windows environments, business and office process automation, distributed mobile application in cloud/fog environments and web development for the air passenger transportation industry.
