I've been in the software development industry for the past 20 years, applying scrum and other agile approaches for the past 12. I've been a part of some amazing teams building great software for the defense, finance, education, entertainment, gaming, parking, mobile payment processing, legalized cannabis and blockchain industries. I've worn a number of hats over the years - developer, team lead, facilitator, project manager, scrum master, product owner, development manager, VP of Product Development, CTO and currently Director of Engineering at Sycle.
