About
With many years of developing and delivering software solutions, I have built a strong foundation in the industry. That led to the founding of Matrixoft Corporation to fully manage value delivery to the public and private sectors for 10 years.
After that, I joined Microsoft until March 2023, where I managed multiple products and trained Product Managers, Technical Program Managers, and Leaders in the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Product Owner / Product Manager (PO/PM) certification. Since June 2023, I have been a Project Manager at Microsoft, working for Bluehawk Consulting, which is now part of The Select Group (TSG).
Most people need help understanding what I do. I develop enterprise solutions by understanding what people do, why, and how they do it. I use knowledge, experience, and tools to identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to team success, and I invite you to explore my methods.
I help teams and organizations succeed by aligning IT activities with business objectives through training, coaching, and leading. I aid communication between teams and management and help prioritize goals by considering development efforts, business value, dependencies, and other factors — all while improving the software development life cycle, team morale, solution architecture, and continuous improvement.
Beyond work, I'm passionate about creating new things, learning how things work, manipulating sound with music production hardware, capturing moments through photography and video, 3D printing, cutting and engraving with laser and crafting machines, and appreciating life's simple things. I'm the result of the people I've met, the things I've experienced, and the things I want for my family.
I was born and raised in the beautiful Caribbean island of Puerto Rico, an unincorporated territory of the United States, where I earned my bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Interamerican University. I now live in Concord, North Carolina.
And yes, Puerto Ricans are United States citizens.
