Rodrigo Zambon

Rodrigo Zambon works for the government since 2005, and since then I have always been inserted in excellent project teams. I participated in projects in financial areas containing many risks and recently I joined the project teams related to sanitation and transportation.

These projects take time to complete, and often exceed the budget and schedule issues. These projects involving millions of dollars and many resources. Agile ceremonies help us to optimize communication and minimize risks.

They are useful as approaching us from our stakeholders and allow us quick feedback. Since 2011, I work as a multiplier of the Agile/Scrum discipline in my organization. Until today, I already trained about 2000 employees, talking about Scrum and their certifications. Each class has 32 hours in total.
