Csaba Bereczki is an Agile Coach. He has more than 18 years of experience in professional software development, architecture, technical consulting and training. He has held various coaching, teaching, team lead and senior software architect positions in Agile and non-Agile teams and has a strong track record of leading sustainable Agile transformations using a very hands-on approach. Csaba has delivered a number of well-engineered solutions for clients in the finance, telecommunications, utilities and legal industries. Has been working exclusively in agile environments for the last 7 years and has been working as an Agile coach for the last 4 years. He also trained hundreds of people in Agile methods, DevOps and Test-Driven Development and was responsible for developing adoption strategies for large organizations such as Bank of Nova Scotia and Thomson Reuters.
