I have experience helping organizations leverage technology to provide solutions to business problems. Slick technology is not always the best approach; technology with a "coolness factor" built in does not always equate to measurable business benefit. The goal is to provide customers the right experiences at the right time in the right way for the right cost. Time, Cost, Scope, and Quality must always remain the focus in terms of project management (for system development & implementation). The end-goal is to maximize these individual constraints to deliver the best product, at the best cost, with the maximum amount of functionality (to meet the business requirements). There are five attributes I strive for in life: 1.) Discipline; 2.) Consistency; 3.) Persistence; 4.) Perseverance; and 5.) Imagination. A healthy balance of these characteristics, makes the impossible possible.
