Manuel Ferraresi

The result of many years of work and learning in different types of project have given me enough knowledge and experience to be able to confront major challenges. I have integrated and directed work groups focused on tasks related to the different stages of software life cycle, performing several roles such as Developer and Technical Lead. As graduate as a Systems Engineer, my proactivity and my versatility, allowed me acquire many soft skills like leadership skills, customer relations, communication, negotiation, conflict resolution and estimation, among others. Currently I'm working as a Project Manager, leading agile projects teams and relationships with stakeholders. Also, I perform cost management, billing, risk management and forecasts.
