Kathryn O'Grady

Kathy O'Grady is currently a Systems Integrator with Capital One supporting Partnerships.  She has been using Agile for over 4 years.   She is currently part of a release train consisting of 12 teams.  She has proven ability in leading integrated efforts in both for profit and nonprofit organizations as well software roll-outs. Proficient with Process improvement, Change and Risk Management and Metrics.  Excellent interpersonal skills and an effective communicator with the ability to target message as needed.
