About
My name is Piotr Gdaniec.
I'm living in Wrocław since I was born here. I'm working from 12 years in IT, in Scrum from 7 years. I started as a Java developer then have had an opportunity to be a member of Development Team and a Scrum Master in many teams where I was able to gain knowledge, facing many different challenges and get a deep understanding of Scrum principles.
This experience helps me to become Certified Scrum Master and Certified LeSS Practitioner.
Currently, I'm working as an Agile Coach in Qiagen organization where I have the opportunity to adopt Scrum (being precisely LeSS), helping people to feel good within Scrum world. I'm taking a part of Agile transformation, building self-organizing teams, coaching Scrum Masters, Product Owners and Team Members of all teams but also educating people on any level of organization.
