About
I work with agile frameworks sice 2013, i have attemp to have a deep aknowledge on Lean, scrum, Kanban and xp, practices and tools, but my mayor focus it's on Scrum framework.
I have some expierience on Product Owner role. Most of my expirience it's on scrum master role.
Recently i became Agile Coach.
My actual responsibilities include:
- Training and coaching to Stakeholders, sponsors and colaborators.
- Coach teams through their scrum master
- Bring new techniques and tools to the organization.
- Take care the scrum and other framework process is being made like it`s supposed to.
I'm constantly assisting to scrum a agile events, facilitating meetups on the chilean agile community and participate on the organization of Agile open camp Chile 2017,2018, 2019 and Jornadas latinoamericanas de agilidad Chile 2017.
