Gregor Franzen

Gregor Franzen is an expierenced developer who is managing colocated development teams and introducing them into the principles of scrums. Gregor was coming the first time in touch with Scrum and methods like Extreme Programming at the university which was a very interesting expierence. After that he worked in a agency building projects based on webtechnolgies in different sizes. He has more than 10 years expierence in developing software especially with web technologies, in this time he was leading many projects to a success. His career was starting with projects using the waterfall methology after that he found his way to agile projects which was amazing expierence for him. He learned how to become much more efficient by using Scrum in different positions like Team Member and finally Scrum Master. At moment Gregor is working in a colocated team where it is even more usefull to build products within the Scrum framework, meetings like daily scrum made our lives as developers much more easier and we were becoming much more faster by using scrum. At moment Gregor transfers his knowledge also to other people in the company to make the whole company thinking more agile.
