My IT service delivery/management background involving Production/Application Support, ITSM implementation, release/change management and previous experience in diverse business functions has provided me with crucial understanding of the IT industry and has assisted me to further understand the process and apply improved efficiency in the IT Operations, in the modern Service Management practice. Experienced in managing multiple projects (AU$500k - AU$3m) by fostering communication,collaboration and establishing strong client relationship to improve employee productivity and achieve high client service levels at both offshore and onshore locations like London (GB) and New York (USA). I've also managed the IT Delivery and Management of Digital initiatives using Agile frameworks across multiple programs of work and migration for a leading insurance provider aimed at improving customer experience across Australia; and also managed digital delivery or portals and mobile apps in Optus and Telstra. I currently lead a squad that aims at helping partner agencies integrate with our products' components spanning across the MyServiceNSW Account portfolio via projects and programs involving multi streams / squads and managing the complete end to end delivery, including but not limited to pre-project engagements (inceptions, discovery), and delivery in a lean and Agile style.
