Hendrik De Backer has been Scrum Mastering and Scrum PO-ing in the HR domain with HR-Technologies NV for e-recruitment applications, HRIS dbs, competence and evaluation tools. We developed a SaaS product and succesfully grew the company on this into a solid SMB.
Scrum is also in daily practice for XIO and at Wijs/Duke&Grace: we are applying the agile methods to enterprise Drupal CMS and data integration developments, and actively teach collaborators and customers the value and benefits of agile development.
