Anna Niemirowska

In 2004-2009 I studied theology at the University of Cardinal Stefan Wyszynski in Warsaw. Since then, I have been working in companies connected with publishing market. I have developed my work experience as a bookstore manager, sales specialist and - till now - as a sales manager. The most recent company is in the IT sector, where we provide IT solutions for publishing market. In all of these jobs, I have had to communicate intensively with different groups of people - representatives, wholesale and retail clients, both B2B and B2C business via individual meetings, international trade fairs and daily office contacts. I facilitate work of the five-member team.

In the meantime, I also finished the one-year postgraduate studies in dance and rhythm. Apart from my business activities, I have been engaged in artistic activities, such as singing lessons, dancing and improvisational theatre. I find these activities very helpful in my business and social communication.

I have become a Certified ScrumMaster on behalf of my parent company 7bulls.com (IT sector). I have found Scrum very interesting, and apart from the chance to work in my business, I am looking for opportunities in other areas.

I have always liked working with people, so since high school till now, I have been involved, in different periods of time, in some forms of volunteering (e.g. teaching children and adults, organizing time for groups of children and taking care of them). I found helping people as a volunteer very rewarding so, consequently, that is why I have found the role of ScrumMaster quite natural for me to cooperate with others.
