Trained in the systemic approach, he accompanies teams and organizations on the strategic, organizational, operational and individual dimensions (startups with large accounts). "Opportunity maker" with and for others, it acts as a GPS (Guide, Personalize and Serve> Servant Leadership) accompanying the teams in the choice of the most suitable agile route according to their human history, their culture, their context and their environment.
Concerned about quality in general and customer & user satisfaction, Alain is constantly seeking improvement so that the agility adopted as a means is a source of fulfillment and performance for everyone.
