I have developed over the years a good technical knowledge and the subsequent transition to managerial roles has allowed me to broaden my perspective being able to be a person capable of dealing with the business and translating anticipating the needs and coordinate working groups for the achievement of objectives.

I consider myself a person strongly results-oriented, tenacious and passionate.

I'm used to working in teams, where I try to motivate the team and be available for others, but they are also very independent.

I think I am very flexible and do not be afraid of change.

The main qualities that I have always recognized are accuracy, reliability and the ability to make decisions independently.
