Lauren Oldham is a high achieving digital native with over 10 years experience crafting strategy in digital and full service media agencies in the US and Australian markets. As a member of senior management, she has actively shaped the future of agencies and the industry while servicing clients across various industries including FMCG / CPG, Retail, Travel, Pharmaceutical, Financial Services, Fashion, White Goods, & Consumer Electronics.

Lauren served six years on IAB Australia's Standards & Guidelines council working with the heads of ad operations from Australia's largest media publishers to set industry standards for collaboration across creative, media and publishers and publishing industry guidelines for digital. Simultaneously, Lauren sat on the Media Federation of Australia's Interactive committee comprised of digital leaders across the major media agencies in Australia. She also served as the MFA's digital education co-chair for two years. 

In 2011, Lauren was named one of B&T Magazine's  30 Under 30 in Australia. The competition recognises the future leaders of tomorrow who are currently working in advertising, marketing, media and PR. 

Lauren has built digital teams at media agencies from the ground up, lead agency-wide and client digital education programs, improve process and communication across agency departments, and launched a new technology business unit.

Lauren is able to operate at the executive level, thinking strategically for the whole, as well as the ability to execute flawlessly. She believes that a great leader can set a direction and follow up with action. 

Her specialties include: brand building, digital integration and integrated campaigns, digital marketing strategy, digital media planning, ad tech, client service, project management, Scrum, iOS & Android mobile applications, and innovative uses of technology.


Lauren has lived in the United States, Japan and Australia.
