and improve delivery pipeline using Continuous integration, Continuous Delivery and small and regular deployments. Promote tools like Chef, Jenkins, New Relic, Dynatrace, Selenium, Cucumber in the team
● Using workflow visualization techniques (e.g. Visual Roadmaps, Kanban boards, Impediment boards, etc) to improve transparency within the team and rest of the organization.
● Monitoring and Tracking matrices which are useful to end users
● Coaching team members and product owners on Agile framework and principles
● Helping teams to adapt to "Agile Mindset" which includes security and respect within the
team, collaboration, improvement and learning cycles, pride in ownership, focus on delivering
value, and the ability to adapt to change.
● Coach Senior Leadership and various functional Subject Matter Experts on Agile
Framework, its associated benefits and implications and overall help establish expertise
within the organization
● Firm believer in giving back to the Agile community as it helped me a lot. Host a monthly
social event - "Agile Drinks" which provides an opportunity for individuals interested in agile to
meet and discuss common interests in a relaxed social setting..
● Active member in most local Agile groups and System Thinking meetups as a facilitator,
volunteer or a participant.
● Work with Senior management to help scale Agile teams – Create a "Loosely coupled highly
aligned" team structures
