I've been working in the digital products area for more than 10 years. I’ve worked with several product stages: product development, information architecture, UX, developing, digital marketing (SEO, SEM, Social, Facebook Ads) and Web Analytics (Google Analytics, Adobe Omniture, Hitwise, ComScore, Webtrends).
Currently, I’m working with the digital product development focused on the Customer Experience vision to e-commerce platforms, among IT, UX and Business areas. I always want to make sure that the customer experience journey and their touch points with brand is the best it can be. I have experience in Lean Startup and Design Thinking, building and developing the digital products vision, turning it on into reality and generating value to customer.
