Started doing Scrum in 2007 with a team in Microsoft. Have continued to apply and evangelize Scrum and Agile practices across multiple teams over 4 job changes in that time. I have played the role of team member, Scrum Master and Product Owner for various teams. I finally took an official CSM class taught by Jeff Sutherland and am now certified as an SM.
