Matin Alamdari is a certified Scrum Master, Product Owner, and Project Manager Professional. He has a successful track record of managing and revamping technology projects. These include software and infrastructure projects such as: Software as a Service (SAAS), Business Process Management Suite (BPMS), SharePoint, Web portal, system integration, and migration to Cloud. His current focus is to become a certified agile coach.
Matin started his career as a software developer and then transitioned to project manager and agile coaching roles. This helped him get an in-depth understanding of the opportunities and challenges of each of these roles in relation to the project which is a critical skill for a successful scrum master. Matin became a scrum master in order to:
- Coach coworkers to become teams
- Drive technology projects to success
- Build products that users love
He received his M.S. in Management and Systems with a concentration in Strategy and Leadership from New York University and his B.S. in Information Technology Engineering from the University of Tabriz.
