Title: Senior Software Engineer
My name is Marco Jorge and I specialize in architecture and team leadership of Java-based projects.
My experience includes the architecture, design and implementation of medium-sized Java projects for the telco, banking and energy sectors. I have been the technical lead and scrum master of teams up to 7 people. I am a hands on technical consultant with very strong communication skills and development processes' knowledge.
Throughout my career I have implemented scrum in multiple teams and is always fun and amazing to see how a simple method can significantly improve the communication, quality and predictability of the development teams. After participating in my teams, software engineers have learned and improved their organization skills with our scrum practices and will take that knowledge with them to their next challenge - something I am very proud of :).
