Matthew Hughes is an independent consultant/coach specializing in helping organizations' transform their organizational health and leadership. Matthew incorporates an organizational-specific balanced scorecard that aligns departments on teams to meet quantifiable business outcomes.
Matthew has spent his entire career helping people - individuals, teams, departments and organizations - do more with less. Matthew has led teams in every phase of the product lifecycle: sales, marketing, product management, business analysis, systems analysis, enterprise architecture, software engineering, quality control, quality assurance, project management, technical writing, user experience, usability testing, infrastructure, operations, security, data governance and architecture.
Matthew has helped organizations address the key pain-points within and between teams, by enabling agile cross-functional team ownership and accountability.
