HIROAKI MATSUNAGA

Agile coach with 10 years of experience to improve your team and organization. From starting up a single team to organizational transformation, I support you from IT development sites to non-IT work style changes. I also provide training.

[Brief personal history]

Istarted my career as a software engineer in 1990, and since then, I have been engaged in firmware development for products at Yaskawa Electric Corporation and Sony Corporation. I have worked as a programmer, SE, project manager, and quality control.

I started working on agile development around 2011 while working at Sony, and left Sony in 2015 to join Mamezou and started my career as an agile coach.

Since then, I have gained experience at IBM Japan and other companies, launching and improving numerous teams. I have also conducted initial training on Agile implementation using my own content.

I have also worked as an agile coach and scrum master for companies such as Aflac Life Insurance and MSD, where I provided consulting services on organizational visualization and team formation. The experience with these two companies has also enabled me to implement Agile in the Non-IT field.

In 2022, I started working as a freelance Agile Coach under the name of LSA CONSULTiNG.
