Sandeep Paudel

Sandeep Paudel has worked on both sides of an IT organization: Business and Information Technology. I am highly experienced in all phases of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with above 10 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Product Owner, Business Analyst and Program Manager, Delivery Lead in industries ranging from Health Insurance to Nonprofits and Hospitality to Banking. I love coaching and mentoring teams on Agile/Scrum transformation project. My strength includes setting up a fully functional Agile team by starting right from scratch or bringing struggling Agile teams on track. I have lately been active in local Scrum user group and been an avid reader of lean related books and articles. I recently completed an assignment on Lean Governance with a fortune 500 client which helped me explore various facets of implementing Lean, Agile and Scrum. I am studying ways to scaling up Agile/Scrum and has been reviewing various techniques available in the market. In addition to Agile/Scrum roles, I have significantly contributed to program portfolio management, Agile/Scrum project budgeting and funding (Demand Management), Business/Enterprise Architecture (TOGAF), Lean and Data Governance processes in various organizations. I wish to further learn and contribute to existing Agile knowledge base so that future Agile practitioner get the excellent view of Agile/Scrum process.
