Title: Agile Coach, Change Agent
My name is Tomas Kejzlar. And I like to think of myself as an agile advocate & enthusiast. I have background in software development, from which I moved to various positions ranging from analysis and architecture to senior line management of multiple teams. For the past 8+ years I have been helping companies take advantage of new and better ways of delivering value through software projects.
My main objective as a scrum master / agile coach is to focus on the practical side of things and help people achieve benefits through applying agile principles and practices thoughtfully and focusing on real benefits they bring, not on mindless following "by-the-book" rules.
I also have experience with large organizational transformations towards agility, with my biggest transformation was the transformation of internet & mobile banking team at one of the largest Czech banks. By these transformations, I also gained deep knowledge about scaling agile and Scrum and making them useful for development of really large products.
