About
Annalinde Singh
The main thing that excites me in any environment is: reminding ourselves that people are people, and not machinery or resources... Emotional beings. I thrive on trying things out, new ideas, finding new or better ways of doing things, self-organising teams, and the empowerment of people. I am a connector of and with people. In my experience, a good flow of communication is the cornerstone of any successful relationship; in business or any other area of life. I excel at, and thrive on, communicating and building relationships.
Since 2013 I've been working with teams becoming Agile, in the mining and software industries, at corporate companies as well as at a non-profit organisation. I've been working with cross-functional teams working to deliver valuable solutions (software or otherwise) iteratively and incrementally. We strive towards maximising customer / user input, making feedback loops as short as possible.
I'm very grateful to have received a lot of guidance from Peter Hundermark over the years. Other coaches and authors whose thinking I enjoy include Lyssa Adkins, Kent Beck, Dan Pink, Roman Pichler, and Ellen Gottesdiener.
