Through my on-going journey of understanding and working with Agile teams I have learned that presenting to the customer and valuing the user, whether internal or external, is paramount to the business and the team. Empowered self-organized teams and excellent customer service directly relates to the success of a project. As a PMI Certified Agile Practitioner and Certified Scrum Master I have worked on several projects ranging from agile transformations, software application development and maintenance, Salesforce integration, website creation, and web product. These projects were for clients such as Nationwide Insurance, Berkadia, American Express, and SheKnows, LLC. I am a very driven and process-oriented professional with excellent prioritization skills, a strong team leader and extensive knowledge with using project management tools and agile process management frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban.
