• When my Agile journey started, little did I realized it’s going to overwhelm me and I would be one of the staunch advocate of Agile moving forward. It has various flavors of Agile, Scrum, SAFe being at the core in most of the assignments.
• 13+ years of IT experience and majority of them in Agile playing roles like Team Member and ScrumMaster.
• Experience working on SAFe Transformation, Launching ARTs and facilitate SAFe PI Planning, I&A and other ART Events. 
• Proficient Facilitator for various Scrum ceremonies like Daily Standup, Sprint planning, Sprint Retrospective, Sprint Review and Demo, Backlog Grooming and Release planning. 
• Extensive experience working as ScrumMaster for multiple scrum teams in distributed environment in separate timezones using Scrum framework and Scaled Agile Framework. Part of Agile Center of Excellence in Business unit.
• Proven expertise in Team management, Project management and Delivery management while working on variety of projects in different domains.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, problem solving and decision making skills. Ability to establish and maintain strong alliances, influence and motivate teams and leaders, drive projects to successful completion, understand complex requirements, exceed customer expectations and achieve bottom-line results.
• Mentor team as a Servant Leader to help them achieve common goal defined collectively in Definition of Done. Support Product owner with Backlog refinement and prioritization.
• Complete team player. Finishes own task proficiently within schedules with little supervision and help others to achieve team goal. Always try to correlate task on hand with wider business concept into consideration.
• Emphasize largely on feedback loop within the team and its daily tasks. Regularly seeks personal improvement through self-reflect and 360 feedback with aim of growing into one’s role.
• Focus on improvement and drive that from within rather than relying on management to bring out change in processes and work environment.  
• Involve right set of people to deal with any impediments and follow through until the problem is resolved end to end.
• Training and Coaching team on Agile philosophy, values, principles and practices. In this process always encourages teams to think independently and overcome fear of failure.
