YIN-CHUNG (Richard) HSU

Richard Hsu is a senior engineer and manager with many years experiences in the networking industry. He got degree in Bachelor of Science and in MBA program with strong background in both management and software. His specialties are networking technology, quality validation, and project management. He also got certification about Project Management Professional and PMI-ACP, which gave him a deep understanding of the various methodology of project management.

He also have Excellent Analytic and Troubleshooting Skills. When an issue is found, it requires a collaboration of knowledge and experience in software and hardware to analyze the problem, narrow down the scope, find the root cause and provide a solution. With many years of experiences, Richard has learned to quickly and accurately identify and resolve issues.

When Richard has learned agile concept and used agile, he found out it's an awesome way. "This deceptively simple system is the most powerful way I've seen to improve the effectiveness of any team." He started using it with his career and family halfway through using agile.
