Alexander Redl

Alexander Redl is an Project Manager at Tamedia. He is the Head of the Department for Paid Media & Distribution - Solutions & Engineering.  Besides leading his department he inherates the Roles of Project- and Programmanagment in the Area of Digital Paid Content.
He has a bride knowledge of Agile methodologies and established SCRUM in his "from scratch" created Department. Furthermore he established SCRUM in sister and surrounding Departments as well took a strong lead in the evaluation and creation of Agile Frameworks on Company Level.
